Selecting a turn-key material and labor solution reduces the management burden on the Owner / General Contractor. The difference in cost is minimal as the administrative overhead would be similar for either organization. What it does provide is for a smoother running project when the trades consuming the materials during construction are managing those materials and scheduling of same.
Other organizations opt for labor only as they have a materiel supply chain set up and working efficiently. GRI is competitive in either environment.
